TVS Diodes SMT Unidirectional 600W, SMBJ15A Series, HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited
The HY Electronic unidirectional SMBJ15A Series are surface-mounted voltage suppressors. The TVS diodes have reverse voltages ranging from 5 V to 170 V with a power dissipation of 600 W. The transient voltage suppressor provides surge protection from voltage spikes. Other features include fast response times and clamping voltage capability.
