Return and Refund


By returning products to Dasenic, you certify that the products were purchased from Dasenic and there has been no substitution, in whole or in part, of the same product from another supplier, distributor, or any other such sources. The product must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition, with its original packaging. ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions. General Rules: Returns are generally accepted within 30 days from the date of parcel delivery. In the case of a customer requesting a return due to non-original, fake, or quality problems, a valid quality report from a third-party authoritative organization recognized by our company is required for the return and exchange process.

Not received the parcel normally:

Yes, we guarantee a refund or will resend your order if you haven't received the parcel beyond the regular shipping timeframe, unless the unsuccessful delivery is a result of the customer taking responsibility, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unable to complete customs clearance due to the customer's own reasons, etc. Note: In the event of issues such as extreme weather conditions, post office delays, customs clearance delays, local protests, and similar situations, we may be unable to guarantee on-time delivery. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to support you to the best of our abilities. Thank you for your understanding.

Some items missing from my shipment:

First, please ensure that you have received all the boxes associated with your order. Then, thoroughly empty each box, as sometimes small parts can be trapped in crevices or packing material. If you are still unable to locate your item, please promptly email our customer service. Include a description of the missing quantities and provide pictures of the entire parcel. We will forward this information to our warehouse to verify the monitoring records and packing pictures.
