1. Delivery Period

Packages will be arranged for delivery within 1-2 days from the date all items arrive at our warehouse. In-stock items can be shipped out within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and delivery destinations.

The tracking number will be notified by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Shipping rates are based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Dasenic offers competitive shipping options through top carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We also provide shipping account services for customers who prefer to be billed directly for shipping. The basic freight for packages weighing ≤0.5kg or corresponding to the volume depends on the time zone and destination. It does not include any taxes, insurance, handling, duties (including but not limited to tariffs), or other costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable surcharges. The actual freight may vary according to specific circumstances.
