Low Capacitance ESD Protection, 0.8pF 10kV Unidirectional Discrete TVSSP3031-01ETG Series Low Capacitance TVS Diode Arrays, part of the Littelfuse SPA™family, provide robust ESD protection for high-speed ports such as USB2.0, eSATA and Ethernet that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD) and lightning induced surge currents.They ensure excellent clamping performance due to their low dynamic resistance of 0.6 ohms.
