Shandong Jingdao Microelectronics Co.,Ltd. is primarily engaged in developing and manufacturing semiconductor products. Our industrial park located in Oriental Holy City-Qufu, China. There are 122000 square meters in our industrial park with 20000 square meters producing area. We had advanced GPP wafer producing lines and automatic SMD packaging producing linea. We could provide High Coast-effective whole series diodes for customers. At present, there are dozens of different series of products on the production line, such as ordinary rectifier diode, fast recovery diode, efficient rectifier diode, ultra-fast recovery diode, bridge rectifier and voltage regulator. We devoted to the R&D of new diode products, meanwhile, we introduce international advanced automatic producing lines and equipments. There products could be applied in CFL, LED driver, smart phone, power supply, charger, intelligent intrument, etc.
