The MAX502BENG is a high-precision, CMOS, voltage reference integrated circuit (IC) component. It provides a stable reference voltage with a low temperature coefficient and high accuracy over a wide temperature range. Key features of the MAX502BENG IC include a reference voltage output of 5V, which remains constant even when the power supply voltage changes. It has an initial accuracy of ±0.5mV, making it suitable for applications that require precise voltage references. The low temperature coefficient of 0.25ppm/°C ensures minimal voltage drift over a wide temperature range. The MAX502BENG operates with a supply voltage range from 4.5V to 40V, enabling flexible usage across various power supply configurations.
