Description (v) Features
The MAX355MJE is an integrated circuit (IC) component designed for applications that require the control, switching, and multiplexing of low-level analog signals. Developed by Maxim Integrated, this versatile IC offers various features that make it highly suitable for precision measurement and instrumentation systems. One key feature of the MAX355MJE is its low on-resistance (RON), which allows for efficient signal routing without introducing significant distortion or loss. With a maximum RON of 70 ohms, this IC ensures minimal signal attenuation during switching operations. Moreover, the MAX355MJE offers four independently controlled channels, making it ideal for applications that require multiple signal paths. Each channel can be individually controlled using standard CMOS logic levels, offering enhanced flexibility and ease of integration. Another noteworthy feature is the low charge injection capability of the MAX355MJE. Charge injection can often cause unwanted voltage spikes or glitches during signal switching. However, this IC minimizes such effects, resulting in accurate and reliable signal routing. Additionally, the MAX355MJE has a wide power supply range, enabling operation with supply voltages as low as ±4.5V and as high as ±18V. This wide supply range enhances compatibility with various system configurations, allowing for seamless integration into diverse applications. The IC also offers excellent signal handling capabilities, with a high bandwidth of 90MHz. This enables the MAX355MJE to effectively handle fast switching signals without introducing significant distortion or degradation
