The DS1225Y-150+ is a nonvolatile static RAM (NVSRAM) from Maxim Integrated. It features a 1Mb (128K x 8) nvSRAM with a 150ns access time and an automatic power-fail chip enable. This device offers unlimited write cycles and a minimum data retention of 10 years. The DS1225Y-150+ operates with a wide voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, making it suitable for various applications.
