Description (v) Features

The PTH03010WAST is a non-isolated DC/DC converter from Texas Instruments that features an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and output voltage range of 0.9V to 3.3V. It has a maximum output current of 3A and an efficiency of up to 92%. This converter is designed for space-constrained applications and features a compact 5-pin SOT-223 package. The PTH03010WAST includes over current and thermal shutdown protection, as well as an adjustable soft-start function.
