Description (v) Features
The LM25118MHE/NOPB is a highly efficient, high-voltage, synchronous buck regulator integrated circuit (IC) component. It is designed for step-down voltage regulation applications and features advanced power management capabilities. One of the key features of the LM25118MHE/NOPB is its ability to efficiently convert high input voltages down to lower output voltages with minimal power loss. With an input voltage range of up to 100V, it provides a versatile solution for a variety of power supply designs. By using a high-side and low-side n-channel MOSFET configuration, it minimizes the conduction losses and enhances power conversion efficiency.
