Description (v) Features
The MAX152EAP is an Integrated Circuit (IC) component designed for use in precision, 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) applications. It is manufactured by Maxim Integrated, a leading company in the design and production of high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. The MAX152EAP features a 16-bit serial input that allows it to convert digital signals into high-precision analog output voltages. It operates from a single 5V power supply and provides a ±10V output range, making it suitable for a wide range of applications that require precise control over analog output voltages. One of the key features of the MAX152EAP is its high linearity, which ensures accurate conversion of digital input codes to analog output voltages. It offers a typical differential non-linearity (DNL) of ±1/2 LSB, ensuring minimal distortion in the generated analog signals. Additionally, it provides a very low total unadjusted error of ±0.05% of full-scale range, ensuring excellent accuracy in the generated analog output. The MAX152EAP also incorporates an internal voltage reference, eliminating the need for an external reference and simplifying the circuit design. It offers a temperature coefficient of 3ppm/°C for the internal reference, ensuring stable and accurate performance across varying temperatures. Furthermore, the MAX152EAP supports both serial and parallel interface modes, providing flexibility in the selection of digital input formats
