RF Monolithics, Inc. (RFM) was founded in 1979.In 2012, RFM was acquired by the Japanese company Murata.At the end of 2019, RFM became independent from Murata and changed its name to RFM Integrated Device, Inc. (RFMi). RFMi designs, develops, markets a broad range of radio frequency (RF) component and module products for low power and wireless communications. RFMi carry 5 major timing and frequency products lines for the emerging wireless applications:SAW resonators, filters;Crystal Oscillators, TCXO, VCXO, OCXO;Dielectric filters;Patch antennas and Chip antennas;Certain front-end modules including LNA and SAW filters. The company is headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with additional offices and facilities in Hong Kong and the United States.
