Description (v) Features

The STTH506B-TR is a fast-recovery epitaxial diode with a reverse recovery time of 35 ns, making it ideal for high-frequency applications. It has a maximum forward voltage of 1.30V and a maximum reverse voltage of 600V, making it suitable for a variety of power supply and rectifier circuits. This discrete semiconductor component is designed for use in switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and battery chargers. It is housed in a DO-201AD package with a compact footprint for easy installation. The STTH506B-TR has a low leakage current of 0.5 µA at 600V and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, ensuring reliable performance in a range of operating conditions
