Description (v) Features

The ACST6-8SG is a discrete semiconductor component designed for use in high power applications where fast switching and high efficiency are required. This component is a 6A, 800V solid state switch with integrated power MOSFET and gate control circuitry. The ACST6-8SG features very low on-state voltage drop and high current capability, making it ideal for use in motor drives, UPS systems, welding equipment, and industrial automation applications.
