Description (v) Features
The SI5351C-B-GM1 is an IC component designed by Silicon Labs. It is a high performance clock generator that provides up to 8 differential or 10 single-ended clock outputs. With its versatile architecture and advanced features, it is widely used in applications such as wireless communication devices, data converters, and industrial control systems. One of the key features of the SI5351C-B-GM1 is its ability to generate a wide range of clock frequencies. It supports frequencies from 8 kHz to 160 MHz, allowing flexibility in designing various systems. The output clock signals can be programmed independently, enabling precise control over the clock frequencies and formats. This flexibility makes it suitable for applications with diverse timing requirements. The SI5351C-B-GM1 also offers excellent frequency synthesis performance. It utilizes a fractional PLL to achieve low jitter clock generation, ensuring accurate and reliable clock signals. The PLL has a very wide frequency range, allowing precise frequency synthesis for clock sources ranging from low-frequency reference signals to high-frequency system clocks. To simplify system integration, the SI5351C-B-GM1 includes an integrated voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO). This eliminates the need for an external VCXO, reducing the overall component count and board footprint. The IC also features a highly flexible I2C interface, enabling easy configuration and control of all its parameters. Another important feature of the SI5351C-B-GM1 is the ability to generate multiple independent clock domains
