The FDS6890A is a dual N-channel PowerTrench® MOSFET designed for high power applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. It features a low on-resistance of 11mΩ at VGS=10V, making it ideal for high efficiency and low power loss applications. The MOSFET has a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and a continuous drain current of 11A, allowing it to handle high power levels. It is housed in a compact Power56 package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. With its high performance and robust construction, the FDS6890A is a reliable and efficient choice for semiconductor applications
