Additionally, it offers a fast conversion rate of up to 250 kilosamples per second (ksps), enabling real-time measurements with minimal latency. It incorporates a low-drift, precision internal reference, eliminating the need for an external reference voltage source. This simplifies the design and reduces system cost. The ADC also provides precise integral non-linearity (INL) and differential non-linearity (DNL), delivering accurate measurement results.
