Description (v) Features

The NDC7001C is a small signal NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose amplifier and switching applications. This discrete semiconductor component features a maximum collector current (IC) of 150mA and a maximum collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 60V. The NDC7001C has a low noise figure and high gain, making it ideal for use in audio amplifiers, low-power RF circuits, and sensor applications. It is housed in a small SOT-23 package for easy mounting and soldering onto PCBs. The NDC7001C is characterized by its high speed, low power consumption, and excellent thermal stability, making it a reliable and versatile component for a wide range of electronic circuit designs
