The AD7653ACPZ is a high-performance, low-power 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) IC component manufactured by Analog Devices Inc. It is designed for a wide range of precision measurement applications, including industrial process controls, data acquisition systems, and medical equipment. One of the key features of the AD7653ACPZ is its exceptional performance in terms of signal accuracy and speed. It offers a 16-bit resolution, which allows for precise measurement and conversion of analog signals into digital data. Furthermore, it can achieve a maximum sampling rate of 1 mega-sample per second (MSPS), enabling high-speed data acquisition. The ADC component operates with a single power supply ranging from 4.75V to 5.25V, making it compatible with a broad range of system configurations. It also features a low power consumption, consuming only 9.6mW at the maximum sampling rate. The AD7653ACPZ incorporates an input structure that allows for both single-ended and differential inputs, providing flexibility in connecting various sensor types and configurations. Additionally, it offers a wide input voltage range of ±VREF, where VREF can be internally generated or provided externally, allowing for precise signal conditioning.
